Recorded at Star Bakery Studios
Mixed & Mastered by Antonio Gautama Valles at Core Of The Earth Recording Studio
2014 Megakut

Despite its ironic title, Grand Killa Con's single "Born 2 Gain", a song that references the two lowest scoring games of Michael Jordan's illustrious NBA career, examines sick minds coming to terms with grim reality. The result of which stands in sheer defiance against the conformist value system at all costs. "Get-rich-quick is bitch-shit, man, fuck the protocol."
"Born 2 Gain" is this grimy boom bap duo's second song leaked since their 2013 debut album "Year of the Tre Bag." The first leak was "Particular Show" featuring SF MC, Lightbulb. Be on the look out for more dope leaks from GKC all leading up to the release of their gully sophmore LP "La Barranca" in early 2015.
Grand Killa Con is MC Luke Sick and DJ Brycon, and is here for anyone more concerned with skills-laden hip hop rather than the lies of the capitalist North American mess.
